R4 Architects began working with Brinkman Partners in 2015
on a new, 9 acre development in SE Fort Collins. Projects include and 18,000 s.f. retail building, an 8,200 s.f. retail building and a 2-story, 25,000 s.f. office project. Construction has commence with a completion of Phase I slated for early 2017. Other projects in design will include a new 8,200 s.f. retail building and a 7,500 s.f., single story office project. Several Tenant Finish projects are also underway within the development by r4A including MidiCi Neopolitan Pizza and DC Oakes Brewery. Stay Tuned!
