middling r4 Architects, Inc. is a full service architectural firm founded in 2006 by Matt Rankin.  Matt and his staff bring over 27 years of experience to each project with successful partnerships in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas and Nebraska, As we continue to grow, we choose to base our business on the principals of honesty, dependability and integrity. We strive to foster growth in our clients, our community and ourselves. We surround ourselves with committed individuals and team members who understand our goals and our commitment to quality and service. Finally, we have fun while we do it.

We listen and we hear our Clients!  We understand our Clients are our most important asset and responsible for our continued growth. To date, over 98% of our projects have come from referrals, satisfied customers and associates within the industry.  SERVICE has defined our success, and our mission is to provide each Client with personalized service, responsible design and reliable execution. Our designs are functional, diverse and market sensitive. Our team is experienced, attentive and flexible.  We add value and marketability to each project.  We do this through a balance of attentive personnel, experienced staffing and technology that communicates the goals of each project.  We work hard for you and strive to turn our first project into the first of many.

Responsible Design and Reliable Execution means we understand we have an obligation to our Clients, our consultants and our community. We recognize the responsibility to be knowledgeable within our industry and to provide our Clients with creative and effective solutions that meet their goals and project objectives.
