- GRIT Wrestling Gym completed September 2017 at the Interchange Business Park!
- Merit Electrical office building completed October 2017
- Hydro Construction Office building completed October 2017
- Dutch Bro’s in Windsor and Greeley approaching permit submittal.
- Columbine Residences: 34 unit patio home development for Columbine Health Systems has broken ground!
- Westwood Village Patio Homes: Construction completed on 34 patio homes for Columbine Health System in Windsor CO
- Westwood Village Skilled Nursing: Design and documentation progressing for mid-2018 ground break.
- Westwood Village Independent Living: Design and documentation progressing for Spring 2018 ground break!
- The Reserve Phase II: Multi-family project in Greeley, CO broke ground in October 2017.
