Kertosono r4 Architects recently completed the new Greeley branch location for the Bank of Colorado. The 2-story, 12,000 s.f. building includes a partial basement, 3,000 s.f. branch banking facility and three (3), for-sale/lease tenant spaces. Construction was completed in September of 2016.

Phase II will compliment the 3-building, 72 unit Phase I development in SW Greeley with an additional 60+/- units to be located on a parcel immediately adjacent to Phase I.
