Medical Portfolio Continues to Grow

The medical portfolio of r4A has continued to grow with several new projects in 2012. Among them is the construction of a new 14,000 s.f. clinic and administrative building for Rocky Mountain Associates and Orthopedic Medicine. This facility will occupy an existing cold-shell left vacant since construction in 2007. The project is located at 4795 Larimer Parkway at 2534 in Johnstown, Colorado

Bank of Colorado – Greeley

r4 Architects recently completed the new Greeley branch location for the Bank of Colorado. The 2-story, 12,000 s.f. building includes a partial basement, 3,000 s.f. branch banking facility and three (3), for-sale/lease tenant spaces. The Reserve Phase II

r4 Architects has begun the 2nd Phase of apartment design/construction for Ancon Constructors in Greeley. Phase II will compliment the 3-building, 72 unit Phase I development in SW Greeley with an additional 60+/- units to be located on a parcel immediately adjacent to Phase I.
