During the construction process, there are always challenges that we as a general contractor must face and solve.  Matt exhibits a unique “hands-on” ability to assist the builders through good old fashion “horse sense”.  He has great visualization skills and he has provided many on-site sketches to our field staff that clarifies or enhances a difficult construction detail (or in some cases, just a better way to build a detail than what was originally shown on the drawings).
